Prototypes are produced quickly with minimal cost and accurately since all vacuum forming molds are machined in house from high grade aluminum. Our state of the art CAD/CAM is used with CNC milling equipment to hold tight tolerance and provide unmatched repeatability.

Whether we design your project from start to finish, or work with customer supplied CAD drawings, production parts are usually finished in as little as 6 to 8 weeks after initial drawings are provided.
