Blisters are commonly formed from realtively thin guage PVC. Thicknesses typically vary from .007 to .020

.012 to .015 is appropiate for most applications. Blisters are fromed with draft on outer areas to allow for use in auto feeding heat sealers.

We have been called on several times in the past to correct issues caused by faulty design by other formers.
