Trays

Originally intended to be used as inserts for our plastic containers, our vacuum formed trays are now one of the fastest growing product lines at Durphy.

Many of our trays are design as stand alone tray/lid combinations. The bases are typically formed from opaque high impact polystyrene and the lids from clear PVC.

Cavities are formed to the exact contour of your components
It is very common for Durphy to design the company logo or part number into the base and or lid.

3 dimensional cad drawings are provided prior to prototype/production to identify and correct design issues early on.

Prototypes are typically first production quality parts.
Trays can be hot stamped or silk screened.
We also apply custom labels or heat transfers.
Minimums apply for heat transfers.
